In this intensive class I will show you how to work with ganache to achieve sharp edges on a real cake and how to quickly ice the remaining two tiers which will be dummy cakes using a marbling technique. We will make sugar roses, david austin roses, cosmos. leaves, filler flowers and buds and I will show you how to arrange them on your cake using a separator between the tiers. We will also cover stencilling techniques. At the end of the class you will take home your creation.
All equipment and ingredients are provided, you will only need to bring an apron with you on the day.
